A feel good workout on the water! Enjoy a quick paddle out when you will have some flexible time on the boards.

This is 2-hour tour where you will meet your instructor on the beach in front of Bosque del Mar in Playa Hermosa. There she will paddle with you out to a nice spot on the water where you will get to try some cool yoga poses on the paddleboard! It's not a hard as you think and you have a ton of fun trying the poses, or just paddling around enjoying the sun on the water. 


You don't need to be hyper-flexible to do paddleboard yoga, or even flexible at all. Like traditional yoga, paddleboard yoga caters to all levels and the classes are specifically tailored for beginners.


This tour includes paddleboards and instruction/instructor.
