Arenal Volcano is one of the most recognized volcanoes in all of Costa Rica and is still one of the country’s most active!  The surrounding area is rich with flora and fauna and ready for adventure.  Your tour starts from your vacation rental or hotel:

STOP #1 – Breakfast en route to the Arenal Volcano area. Fuel up for the day with a delicious breakfast with stunning views of Lake Arenal.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the price.

STOP #2 – Guided 3km (2 mile) hike through the thick rainforest of Mistico Park.  This hike follows a well-maintained path over 16 bridges of varying lengths and heights – 6 are hanging bridges and 10 are smaller, fixed bridges. Each bridge differs in length and height.  Along the way, you’ll learn about the area’s wildlife, plants, and beautiful views of Arenal Volcano, rivers, and the stunning rainforest.  Your guide will help you spot snakes, mammals, tropical birds, and interesting insects.

STOP #3 – Enjoy a traditional lunch plus relaxing volcanic hot springs including 4 hot pools with mineral waters drawn directly from the rainforest.  Surrounded by the forest and overlooking the imposing Arenal Volcano, this is the perfect spot to unwind.

STOP #4 - Check-in to your hotel and head over to the town of La Fortuna for exploring and souvenir shopping. Here you will have many places to choose from for dinner.

STOP #5 - Back to hotel where you will experience the magic of Costa Rica's wildlife after dark with our expert-guided night tours right on the property. Discover red-eyed tree frogs, sloths, toucans and more in their natural habitat

STOP #6 - In the morning you will have a nutricious breakfast (included) to get you ready for the exciting 2-hour tubing adventure! After 10 minutes walk through the forest we arrive to the Maleku Village at the botton of  the Arenal River. Natives will perform a 15 minutes introduction to their culture, medicine and traditions. After, we will take to tubes and hike 10 minutes till get to the river,  where we will enjoy the tubing adventure at the foot of Arenal River. Explore the river surrounded by extraordinary vegetation, rock formation and small waterfalls, RAPIDS class 1, 2 and 3. This is our last stop on the tour.

Our website rates are based on a minimum of 4 guests.  Less than 4 in your group?  No problem! CONTACT US and we’ll work to group you with other travelers.  Prices do not include 13% VAT or 5% processing fee.
