  • Are there any age limits for your tours?
    All ages are welcome!
  • Can we bring alcohol onboard?
    Yes, alcohol is allowed on our boat tours. Many experiences include local beer, but if you would like to discuss further options for provided alcohol, please contact us to discuss.
  • Is there food onboard/Can I bring food onboard?
    We provide fresh fruit on all boat tours and lunch on select tours. You are more than welcome to bring additional snacks to enjoy throughout your experience!
  • Do you accept credit cards?
    We currently do not accept credit cards. Payment can be made using cash (colones or US dollars) or PayPal.
  • Gratuity - what's the deal?
    Gratuity is not included in the tour price. Your tour guides would greatly appreciates the extra love.
  • Do you ever cancel tours?
    We only cancel tours if there is severe weather. If a tour is canceled, you will be notified prior to your departure time by phone and/or email.
  • Should we book our experience in advance?
    We strongly recommend booking your trip in advance as they do tend to fill up fairly quickly, especially as the departure date approaches. We require at least 24 hours notice.
